You can specify the preferred order of locations upon booking. You can change the location order after booking as long as it's at least 90 days before your check-in date in the new location. Please refer to our Terms of Service (Booking & Payments section) for full details.

Worldschool Cohorts
Payments are structured in three installments:
- 1st installment: Due at the time of booking to secure your spot
- 2nd installment: Due 120 days before the cohort start date
- 3rd installment: Due 90 days before the cohort start date

Split payment options are available depending on when you book:
- 120–90 days before the cohort start date: 33% / 33% / 33% split (processing fee applies)
- 90–37 days before the cohort start date: 50% / 50% split (processing fee applies)

Summer Camps / December Getaway
You can either:
- Pay the full amount at checkout, or
- Split your payment into two installments:
    • The first payment is due at the time of booking
    • The second payment is automatically charged 30 days later

Our Education Centers are open 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM Monday-Friday.
- Drop-off is at 8:45 am prompt to allow everyone to start their day together.
- Pick-up is between 3:15 - 3:30 pm (unless your child is taking part in an Extracurricular Activity).
- For children under 7, the first two days of each cohort are half-days (Adaptation Days to give them time to adjust)

We are working with groups in higher education that are building systems for acceptance into higher education via alternative means. Our students each have a digital portfolio that follows them throughout their educational journey as evidence of progress along with progressive outcomes. Every year more and more universities are welcoming portfolios as admission criteria instead of standardized test results.

At Boundless Education, we prioritize small class sizes to provide personalized attention and tailored learning experiences. Our classes are grouped by age, with the following educator-to-student ratios (as of September 2026):
- Explorer (Ages 1.5–3): 1:4
- Explorer (Ages 4–5): 1:7
- Pathfinder (Ages 6–8): 1:8
- Pathfinder (Ages 9-11): 1:9
- Trailblazer (Ages 12–14): 1:10

We currently accept children ages 1.5 to 13 in all of our 3 and 4-week Getaway programs. All of our 3-Month Cohorts accept children ages 1.5 to 9 (up to the 10th birthday) Bali, Greece, Spain & Uruguay currently accept children ages 1.5-12 (up to the 13th birthday) and select locations offer our Trailblazer Program for older children ages 13-14.

We have educational trips every 2 weeks during our 3-Month Cohorts and weekly during our Getaways. These are included in your Boundless Education Tuition Fees.

We are pleased to announce that beginning with our April 2025 cohort we began using TES MyConcern, a trusted safeguarding platform that enables individuals to report sensitive concerns anonymously.

Concerns of a sensitive nature regarding a Boundless Life student, parent, or staff member may be reported anonymously through the MyConcern platform, where they will be reviewed confidentially by a member of the Boundless Life global team.

We are currently in the process of obtaining accreditation from the Western Association of Schools & Colleges (WASC).

Our teachers and personnel are first-aid trained and will always ensure safety in emergencies, but we cannot provide daily medical support. Our Education Centers do not have trained nurses or medical staff. Families are responsible for assessing whether Boundless Life can meet their family’s requirements. While we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment, we are not equipped to provide medical care beyond emergency situations.

At Boundless Education, our priority is to ensure that every child receives the support they need to thrive. Our education program is delivered in English.We welcome non-English speaking children 1-5 years old to our Explorers stage, as we’ve seen that the play-based learning approach enables us to gently introduce them to a new language. However, Boundless Education does not, at this time, have the full range of resources and expertise to meet the needs of all non-English speaking students aged 6+. We may be able to accommodate children in this age group with English as a second language depending on their proficiency level.

Our educational teams are equipped to offer differentiated support to help students thrive independently, utilizing appropriate accommodations and strategies to ensure their success. We ask that students be able to function independently within the classroom with minimal need for ongoing, intensive support.

However, we are currently unable to provide one-on-one support, intensive interventions, or specialized therapies for students who require continuous, individualized assistance or have more complex support needs. We are actively working to expand our resources to better support a broader range of student needs in the future.

We welcome children with mild academic, social, emotional, behavioral, and physical needs. However, our educational teams are not equipped with the resources to support students who are unable to function independently, require one-on-one assistance, or need ongoing, intensive, specialized therapies.

Check-in: Begins at 11:00 AM on the first day of the cohort. While we’ll do our best to have your Boundless Home ready as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee check-in before 3:00 PM local time.

Check-out: Should be completed by 2:00 PM on the last day of the cohort.

Yes, return transfer from and to the closest airport/port is included. Additional charges will apply if you are arriving at an airport or port further afield.

Yes. All Boundless Homes are fully inclusive of all the facilities you would expect to find in a modern kitchen.

Your Boundless Home is thoughtfully furnished and designed to ensure comfortable family living. Each home is equipped with all the essentials for your stay, particularly from a kitchen perspective. You’ll find everything you need, including dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, kitchen towels, and other basics.

Yes. All Boundless Homes include a washing machine. Due note that as common in Europe, only some apartments have a machine that includes the drying function.

Yes. Grocery delivery is available using local delivery services. Level of availability may vary by location.

Most of our Boundless Homes are equipped with heaters and/or AC. Please check with our Crew for more details.

Yes, utilities are included subject to our reasonable usage policy. Please refer to our Terms of Service (Boundless Homes - Utilities Usage & Charging section) for full details.

Boundless will make available a selection of baby and toddler equipment so you don’t have to worry about bringing this with you!  This will include things like potties/toilet inserts, toddler steps, travel cribs, stair gates, etc.  We can discuss your specific requirements when you make a booking enquiry.  

Delivery options depend on the destination. Here’s a quick guide:
- Sintra, Portugal: Yes, Amazon delivers.
- Tuscany, Italy: Yes, Amazon delivers.
- Andalusia, Spain: Yes, Amazon delivers.
- Kotor, Montenegro: Delivery is possible but can be challenging.
- Syros, Greece: Yes, but deliveries must come from another country (e.g., Amazon Germany or UK).
- Bali, Indonesia: Amazon isn’t commonly used, but Tokopedia is a great local alternative.
- La Barra, Uruguay: Yes, Amazon delivers, but shipments are subject to customs duties. Mercado Libre Uruguay is a popular local alternative.

Priority is given to families staying in Boundless Homes. However, if our accommodations are fully booked, you may arrange your own housing, provided there is still availability at the Education Center for your children.

Building connections with other families is a core part of the Boundless Life experience. Prior to the experience, we host a pre-arrival webinar and invite families to connect with each other on our community discussion platform. Once on site, we facilitate regular community activities, social gatherings, and family events designed to bring everyone together. From weekly yoga sessions to cultural excursions, parent meet-ups and children’s field trips, there are plenty of opportunities to bond with like-minded families from around the world. Our local team is also on hand to introduce new families and help foster a supportive, close-knit community.

Our housing is fully furnished and designed for comfortable family living. Each home includes modern amenities, reliable internet, kitchen, washing machine, and easy access to our co-working spaces, educational facilities, and community activities.

Yes! We provide dedicated Coworking Hub with fast, reliable internet and quiet areas for focused work. This allows parents to maintain their professional routines while enjoying the Boundless Life experience.

The Coworking Hub is an included part of the Boundless Service Fee which also covers services such as arrival and departure transfers, community programming, and more.

Short visits to the Coworking Hub may be allowed for friends and family members. For visits exceeding 25% of the cohort, the guest must formally join the community and pay the applicable Community Fee. This policy helps ensure fair participation and preserves the experience for all families.

Parent(s) joining the program are required to pay the full Community Fee. Additional adults and school-age children who are not enrolled in Boundless Education are charged 25% of the fee. Infants and babies under 18 months old can join free of charge.

Each destination has a local Boundless Life team to support you and your family. They’ll help with everything from settling into your new home to organizing community events and activities. You’ll have dedicated support every step of the way.
